Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Domestic Shipping & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery typically within 7 business days depending on location and equipment type.

Express Shipping (if available):

  • Delivery within 1–3 business days.

Note: Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier performance and external factors.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees depend on the delivery method, order weight, and destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Some heavy or oversized medical equipment may incur special shipping or freight charges.

4. Packaging & Special Handling

Medical equipment often includes sensitive and high-value items that require extra protection. We use:

  • Professional, secure packaging to protect equipment from shock, vibration, moisture, or contamination during transit.
  • Clear labeling such as “Fragile” and any required hazard or handling instructions.
  • Additional protective materials (foam, custom crates) for large or delicate devices to ensure safe delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • After shipment, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
  • Use this number on the courier’s tracking portal to follow your delivery status.

6. Delivery Requirements

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are complete and accurate.
  • Medical equipment deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and contents.
  • We will work with the courier to resolve issues or arrange replacements, subject to our warranty/returns policy.
