4. Packaging & Special Handling
Medical equipment often includes sensitive and high-value items that require extra protection. We use:

- Additional protective materials (foam, custom crates) for large or delicate devices to ensure safe delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
- After shipment, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
- Use this number on the courier’s tracking portal to follow your delivery status.
6. Delivery Requirements
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are complete and accurate.
- Medical equipment deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and contents.
- We will work with the courier to resolve issues or arrange replacements, subject to our warranty/returns policy.
